Mor Wilk is an experienced professional in food technology and product development, currently serving as Chief Technology Officer and VP of R&D at ANINA Culinary Art since October 2021. Previous roles include Vice President of Product Development at Kinoko-Tech and Senior Product Manager at Consumer Physics, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed ideation and customer support. Mor began a career in food technology at Gad Dairy and Yad Mordechai, with a focus on olive oil and honey product management. Academic qualifications include an M.Sc. in Food Biochemistry from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a B.Sc. in Food Engineering and Biotechnology from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. Research work involved developing aroma compounds in olive oil during storage.

ANINA Culinary Art
We aim to increase the usage of ugly produce in the food industry. We utilize our unique fusion of innovative technology, expertise in design, and knowledge of culinary arts to create magical foods. Anina is reshaping the future of the food industry by merging art with unique technology through a culinary experience of meals from upcycled vegetables. The concept was made as part of studies at the Industrial Design department at Bezalel Academy of Art and Design in Jerusalem, led by Liora Rosin
