Dhiraj Bhandari (He/Him) , (PMP)®, PSM has worked in various roles and companies since 2004. Dhiraj was the Head of Department - Computer Science at Punjab College of Engineering from 2004 to 2005. Dhiraj then worked as a Sr. State Lead at Honeywell Automation India Limited from 2005 to 2009. Dhiraj then worked as a Sr. Manger, Head Customer Support and Installation at International Road Dynamics Southa Asia Pvt. Ltd. from 2009 to 2011. Dhiraj then worked as a Chief Manager Projects at SREI from 2011 to 2013. Dhiraj then worked as a Head Operations at Infrovate Consulting & Solutions Private Limited from 2013 to 2016. Dhiraj'srole included leading and managing the functions of 45 Engineers, Project Managers and Regional Managers. Dhiraj then worked as a Sr. Project Manager / Certified Scrum Master at Anira Solutions Inc. from 2016 to 2017. Dhiraj is currently working as a Program Manager at Conduent since 2017.

Dhiraj Bhandari (He/Him) holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science and Engineering from Marthwada University, Aurangabad, obtained between 1997 and 2001. Dhiraj also obtained a Matriculate from S.A.Jain Secondary School between 1985 and 1991. In 2021, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute. In 2017, they obtained the Certified Professional Scrum Master certification from Scrum.org. Dhiraj also obtained an Advanced Diploma in Programming from Aptech and an RDBMS certification from NEC Chandigarh.
