Natasha Green, PMP, is a seasoned startup and project management consultant with extensive experience in community engagement, educational initiatives, and entrepreneurial ventures. Currently serving as a consultant at Hidden Gems Solutions and as the CEO and Founder of We Intervene, Natasha has developed innovative solutions to support school leaders and families, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. As a Senior Community Manager for the Anita Borg Institute for Women and Technology, Natasha effectively manages a global community, driving engagement and resource accessibility. Natasha is also the founder of Hidden Gems Archery and Hidden Gems Inc., both focused on providing athletic and academic programs for urban youth. With a strong educational background, including multiple master's degrees in chemistry, educational administration, and math education, Natasha has demonstrated a commitment to empowering communities through strategic planning and effective communication.
