Nicoletta Alcantar

Nicoletta Alcantar has a diverse work experience. Nicoletta started their career in 2007 as an Executive Assistant to the CEO at Avalon Capital Group, where they also served as a Collaborative Projects & Events Liaison. From 2009 to 2013, they worked at Heidi Von Szeliski and Associates as an Executive Assistant to the CEO and President, as well as a Collaborative Projects & Communications Manager. In 2013, they joined Pellegrino Creative as the Director of Business Development & Customer Success, focusing on Marketing/Events Communications. Nicoletta then moved on to The Spencer Firm, where they served as an Executive Assistant to the CEO and President, Collaborative Projects Manager, and Head of Events & Strategic Engagement from 2013 to 2017. Currently, they are working at AnitaB.org as a Strategic Accounts Executive & Collaborative Projects Lead, and prior to this role, they were an Executive Assistant to the CEO, COO, Collaborative Projects Manager, and Head of Internal Events at the same organization. Throughout their career, Nicoletta has gained expertise in project management, process creation, program management, and leading teams, as well as developing strategies, creating communications, and managing relationships with partners.

Nicoletta Alcantar has a Bachelor of Education degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from National University, which they obtained between 2002 and 2006.
