Director of Application Technology - Global at Anitox

Richard York has over 20 years of work experience in engineering and technical management roles. Richard started their career at Labotek A/S in 1996, where they served as Technical Manager for four years. In 2000, they joined ALBIS PLASTIC GmbH as a Technical Manager, a position they held for four years before moving on to Anitox in 2004. At Anitox, Richard initially worked as an Engineering Manager for seven years before being promoted to Global Head of Engineering. In this role, they directed the global engineering team and oversaw the development and incorporation of new application technologies into the company's equipment portfolio. After four years as Global Head of Engineering, Richard took on the role of Head of Engineering & Customer Support/Logistics EMEA. Currently, they are the Director of Application Technology - Global at Anitox, leading the global engineering team and driving the development of application technologies and remote diagnostics using IoT and RPA. Richard has successfully delivered large-scale installation projects within budget.

Richard York completed a Certificate in Management Studies in Business Administration and Management, General from The Bedford College Group from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they obtained an HNC degree in electrical engineering from the University of Northampton from 1995 to 1997. In addition to their formal education, Richard has also pursued various certifications, including a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) from Salesforce in May 2020. Most recently, they have obtained certifications in areas such as digital transformation, supply chain management, project leadership, critical thinking, interpersonal skills, REST APIs, change management, and operational excellence from institutions like Imperial College Business School and LinkedIn.
