Daniel Savakus

Daniel Savakus, CPA, serves as an Associate at Goldman Sachs since September 2024 and has been a member of the Board of Directors for Anixter Center since September 2023, a nonprofit focused on assisting individuals with disabilities. Prior experience includes various roles at PwC, progressing from Associate to Manager in both M&A Tax and International Tax from 2015 to 2024. Daniel also held positions as a Research Assistant and Graduate Student Instructor at the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business, contributing to courses in Financial and Managerial Accounting. Earlier experience includes business development at Ampd Energy, focusing on supply chain and market evaluation in Asia and Africa. Daniel holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and a Bachelor’s degree in Strategy and Finance from the University of Michigan, along with a minor in Chinese Studies.
