David Cronk

David Cronk, PSP CRL, currently serves as Senior Category Manager for Liberty Security / General Lock at Wesco Distribution since January 2023, focusing on physical security products and systems. Previously, David has held multiple positions at Anixter, including Technology Director for Physical Security Solutions from January 2013 to present and Director of Product Development for General Lock from February 2018 to January 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Technical Advisor at Clark Security / General Lock from August 1995 to December 2012, where responsibilities encompassed providing direction on access control solutions and conducting site surveys for national retailers. David's career began with locksmith positions at Controlled Key Systems, The Irvine Company, and Irvine Lock & Key, where extensive skills in shop management, employee relations, and inventory control were developed. David holds educational qualifications from Orange Coast College and Pacifica High School.
