Alex Liang

Alex Liang is an accomplished legal professional specializing in intellectual property. Currently serving as a Partner at AnJie Broad Law Firm since May 2021, and as a Course Professor at Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management since October 2018, Alex has a robust background in patent litigation, having managed multiple high-profile cases, including over 20 lawsuits for Qualcomm and litigation against Apple. Previous roles include Senior Counsel at Hewlett Packard Enterprise focusing on IP transactions in Asia Pacific and EMEA, and Associate positions at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP and Foley & Lardner LLP. Alex began a career in the field of telecommunications with Huawei before transitioning into legal practice. Academically, Alex holds a J.D. from Northwestern University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Wuhan University.
