Sunny Shen

Sunny Shen is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in regulatory compliance, cybersecurity, data protection, content licensing, and mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as a Partner at AnJie Broad Law Firm since November 2022. Previously, Sunny held the position of Partner at Broad & Bright and served as Senior Legal Counsel at Electronic Arts from October 2011 to January 2019. Additionally, experience includes serving as Head of Legal at 畅游 and working as a Legal Consultant for 华住酒店集团. Sunny began a legal career as an Associate at King & Wood Mallesons.
