John Ferguson

John Ferguson has over a decade of strategic leadership experience, delivering value to organizations across operations, team productivity, client satisfaction, and project management functions. John has served as the Senior Director of Operations and a trusted advisor to decision makers at Anju Software, leading and facilitating information delivery through company meetings and outings. John has a track record of pioneering processes for new systems within the organization, including selection, configuration, and validation procedures.

Prior to their role as Senior Director of Operations, John served as the Director of Client Services, where they drove innovation and implementation impacting customer experience and service delivery. John directed a software team responsible for installation, training, and support of medical information and pharmacovigilance software solutions.

In the beginning of their career with Anju, John worked as a Business Analyst, conducting in-depth analysis of software products to ensure corporate and legal compliance. John also developed use cases and business process workflows within corporate SDLC policy.

Before joining Anju Software, John worked at First Communications as a Corporate Trainer, responsible for training new hires. John created a comprehensive training program with over 30 learning modules focused on selling techniques, product knowledge, and organizational culture.
