Tiana Lambert has extensive work experience in the software support field. Tiana started their career at NRG Source in 1999 as a Web Developer and worked there until 2001. From 2001 to 2005, they worked at Datalabs, Inc as a Manager/Programmer. Later, they joined ClinPhone Group Ltd in 2003 as a Technical Support Manager, where they analyzed and resolved study design issues and communicated solutions to stakeholders. In 2009, they moved to Parexel as a Senior Technical Support Manager, leading a Level 2 support team and providing expert analysis on unresolved issues. Tiana continued in this role until 2021 when they transitioned to CALYX (previously PAREXEL/Perceptive Informatics) as a Senior Manager, Service Operations.
