Viktoria Keller is a skilled professional in account management and customer success, currently serving as a Produktspezialist at Ankaadia since August 2025. With extensive experience as a Flugbegleiter at Lufthansa since February 2017, Viktoria has developed exceptional communication and conflict management skills in an international environment, while ensuring the optimal implementation of onboard processes in compliance with safety regulations.
