Ulaş Filiz

Ulaş Filiz is an accomplished professional in the fields of artificial intelligence and data science. Currently serving as a Yapay Zeka Mühendisi at ANKAREF since October 2024, Ulaş previously held the position of Software Engineer/AI Enthusiast at SIMSOFT Computer Technologies from September 2022 to October 2024, and worked as a Jr. Embedded Systems Engineer at GEOSYS GIS & Consultancy Services between November 2021 and June 2022. An early career at Aselsan provided valuable experience through an internship in the Microelectronics Guidance and Electro-Optics Sector. Ulaş is pursuing a Master's degree in Data and Decision Sciences at Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi, building on a Bachelor's degree in Data Science and Image Processing from Ankara University and a further Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from FER.
