Diane Diane is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service and key account management, currently serving as the Vice President of the Key Account/Customer Experience Department and VP of Customer Service at Anker since December 2009. Diane has successfully enhanced and managed customer service processes and built a dedicated customer service team.
