Rachel Fazio

Rachel Fazio, SPHR has extensive experience in human resources and people management. Rachel recently joined Ankrom Moisan in 2022 as the Vice President of People. Prior to this, from 2019 to 2021, they served as the Executive Vice President of People & Culture at American Auto Shield. Additionally, Rachel held the position of Vice President of People & Culture at Cardinal Group Management from 2017 to 2019. Before working at Cardinal Group Management, Rachel worked as a Consultant at Turning Leaf from 2010 to 2018. Rachel also served as the Sr. Director of Human Resources at Westwood College Online from 2007 to 2010. Rachel started their career as a Human Resource Manager at SM Stoller in 1998, where they transformed a small HR role into a strategic partner position, leading the HR function during a period of high growth and hiring.

Rachel Fazio, SPHR, completed a SPHR Certification Prep Course at Colorado State University Global in 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Regis University, graduating in 2004. In addition to their formal education, Rachel has obtained several certifications including HR Ethics from HRCI in March 2022, Predictive Index Practitioner from The Predictive Index in July 2021, Project Management Team Leadership from HRCI in June 2021, Strategic Project Management from HRCI in May 2021, and the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in October 2020. Rachel also holds a Leadership Certification from HRCI, obtained in July 2020.
