Sabin Kim

Sabin Kim currently serves as the Vice President and Head of People at Spectrum Killian Dental Lab Alliance, leading the People Team and collaborating with the Executive Team to foster business growth and a high-performing workplace culture. Previously, Sabin held various roles at Fabletics, including Sr. Director of People Operations and Director of People Operations & Strategy, acting as a strategic partner to the Chief People Officer and founding the Military Employee Resource Group. At Accenture, Sabin worked as a Management Consultant specializing in Talent and Organization, advising Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation and change management. Sabin's experience in the US Army includes serving as Chief of Staff and Tactical Operations Manager, where leadership was demonstrated over significant assets and personnel. Additionally, Sabin contributed to Caesars Entertainment Corporation as a Strategic Sourcing Fellow. Sabin holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BA in Psychology and Criminology from Rutgers University–New Brunswick.
