Dean Fiala

Dean Fiala has extensive work experience in software development and management. Dean is currently a Managing Director at Ankura, where they have held senior roles since 2017. Prior to Ankura, Dean was the owner of Very Practical Software, Inc. for 15 years. Dean also worked as a Software Engineer at G2, Inc. and held a leadership position as Assistant Vice President of Software Development at LPL Financial. Dean's previous experience includes roles as a Senior Software Wrangler at Fortigent, LLC and as an Adjunct instructor at Montgomery College. Dean served as the CTO of Celadon Laboratories, Inc., overseeing all aspects of software development and IT infrastructure. Dean began their career as the President/Owner of Vista Pacifica Software.

Dean Fiala earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, attending from 1985 to 1989.
