Nicholas Ramacca

Nicholas (Nick) Ramacca is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in supply chain management, data analysis, and strategic growth initiatives. Currently serving as a VentureSHOT Fellow since February 2022, Nick focuses on acquiring company information for potential clients while strategizing revenue opportunities and hosting networking events. At Beauty by Imagination (BBI), Nick has progressed through multiple roles, including Supervisor of Supply Chain and Acting Sr. Manager of Replenishment Insights, demonstrating expertise in automating reporting tools, improving operational efficiency, and managing high-value customer relationships, notably with Walmart. Nick's earlier experiences include a marketing assistant internship at State Farm, leadership roles in university organizations, and a background as a student athlete, underscoring strong teamwork and discipline. Nick holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Informatics from Indiana University-Bloomington.
