Pooja More has a diverse work experience across multiple industries. Pooja started their career as a Blogger & SEO specialist at Makshi Infotech in 2010. Pooja then worked as a Sales Officer at Pitambari Products from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, they joined Edelweiss Tokio Life Insurance as a Development Manager. After that, they worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at HR Central from 2018 to 2021. In 2021, they became a Sr. IT Recruiter at DigiFocal IT Solutions and later joined Anlage Infotech (India) P Ltd as a Technical Recruiter. Pooja progressed to the role of Sr. Resource Specialist and is currently working as a Delivery Lead at Anlage Infotech (India) P Ltd.

Pooja More completed a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from the University of Mumbai from 2011 to 2013. Additionally, they also obtained a Bachelor of Commerce - BCom degree from the same university, from 2001 to 2006.
