Monica Yudron

Monica Yudron, Ed.D., is a Senior Technical Assistance Specialist and Research Scientist at AnLar, where a service line in leadership development worth $2 million was established and the proposal writing and business development process was streamlined. Previously, Monica served as the Director of Programs and Strategy at the Saul Zaentz Early Education Initiative-Harvard University, creating a strategic action plan and launching a virtual leadership certificate program. Prior academic experience includes roles as an Assistant Professor at the University of Massachusetts Boston and a Teaching Fellow at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Early career positions involved editing for Holt Rinehart & Winston and teaching biology and chemistry at Akins High School. Monica holds an Ed.D. in Human Development and Education from Harvard Graduate School of Education, among other degrees in education and psychology.
