Wes Serpa

Wes Serpa has extensive work experience in logistics and operations management. Starting in 1998, they worked as a Corporate Accounts Support at Hello Direct. Wes then moved on to United Agri Products as a Shipping and Buyer Supervisor from 2000-2002. From 2003-2005, they worked as a Shipping Manager at Pacific Plug and Liner. Wes then joined Milgard Manufacturing as a Distribution Manager from 2005-2011. Wes continued their career at Milgard Windows & Doors, first as a Distribution Manager in 2012, then as an ERP Core Team Member from 2014-2019, and finally as a Warehouse Manager from 2013-2021. Wes also held a role as a Location Manager at Wilbur-Ellis from 2021-2021 before becoming a Regional Operations Manager at Johnstone Supply, The Orion Group from 2021-2022. Currently, Wes Serpa is serving as the Director of Logistics at Anlin Windows & Doors since September 2022.

Wes Serpa received an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Computer Business from Fresno City College in 1998. Wes then pursued further education in the same field at Heald College, obtaining another AA degree from 1997 to 1999.
