Wafaa abu Sita

Wafaa Abu Sita is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in grant management and quality control within the nonprofit sector. Since January 2009, Wafaa has held multiple roles at the Anna Lindh Foundation, progressing from Grants & Monitoring Officer to Grants Manager and Quality Control Manager. Prior to this, Wafaa worked as a Grants Specialist at ARD from 2002 to 2008, and served as Portfolio Manager at Anera from September 1995 to August 2001, focusing on a microfinance program. Wafaa's career began at UNRWA, where responsibilities included project development for the Income Generation and Microcredit Programme from April 1994 to June 1995. Wafaa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics and Political Science from the University of Benghazi (Garyounis), acquired between 1989 and 1992.
