Shannon Mayer has extensive work experience in the fields of digital advertising and experience management. Shannon started their career at Flashtalking, Inc. in 2010, where they held the positions of Senior Campaign Manager and later Account Director. In these roles, Shannon worked with various clients, including Lowes, KAYAK, Priceline, Monster, FedEx, Regions Bank, KPMG, Benjamin Moore, and Virgin Atlantic. Shannon was responsible for growing revenue on these accounts and acted as a sales lead internally and externally. Shannon also managed direct relationships with clients such as Priceline and KAYAK, providing weekly meetings, performance analysis, strategic discussions, and education on new offerings.

In 2018, Shannon joined Annalect as an Associate Experience Manager and quickly progressed through the ranks, becoming an Associate Director and then Director of Experience Management. Currently, they hold the position of Managing Director, which they started in July 2022.
