Lachlan Newman

Lachlan Newman is a Senior Software Engineer at Annalise.ai, responsible for leading the backend development for a project with the Hong Kong Health Authority and migrating the image processing pipeline from Python to Node. Prior experience includes roles as a Software Engineer at The ARCS Group, where Lachlan developed IoT platforms and led projects like the Parramatta Smart Street Project and EnergyTec Automatic Energy Consumption Monitoring Project. Experience also includes serving as a Scrum Master and Backend Developer at RMIT University, a Junior Developer at The Creative Factory, and other roles in development and database management. Lachlan holds a Master of Information Technology in Computer Science from RMIT University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Computer Software Engineering and Management from The University of Western Australia, along with a semester abroad at the University of Maryland.
