Carl Myhre

Principal Software Engineer at Minnetronix

Carl Myhre has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Carl began their career in 2002 as a Camp Staff member at Lee Valley Ranch, where they worked until 2004. Carl then worked as Sales Staff at Universal Power Marketing LLC in 2005 and as Dining Staff at Madden's on Gull Lake in 2006. In 2007, they were a Production Staff member at Bang Printing.

In 2008, Carl joined LCMS World Mission as a Volunteer English Teacher and worked there until 2009. From 2009 to 2016, they worked as a Systems Engineer/Software Engineer at Maxbotix Inc., where they developed software for over 200 ultrasonic sensor products.

In 2016, Carl started working at Minnetronix, Inc. as a Contract Software Engineer through Aerotek. During this time, they developed control algorithms and implemented various hardware interfaces for a critical care patient device. Carl then transitioned to a full-time role at Minnetronix, Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer, where they led multiple software projects, including wearable body tracking devices, stim devices, and surgical location/tracking devices. Carl also led a project to develop a customized real-time data recording and graphing windows application.

Recently, in December 2021, Carl was promoted to the position of Principal Software Engineer at Minnetronix, Inc., where they continue to contribute their expertise and skills.

Carl Myhre completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry at Concordia University, Nebraska from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, they attended Saint Cloud Technical Highschool from 2001 to 2005, although no degree or field of study information was provided. From 1999 to 2004, they studied Mathematics at the University of Minnesota.
