Charlotte Huang

Charlotte (Chanqing) Huang, CPA, currently serves as Vice President at Annaly Capital Management since December 2022. Prior to this role, Charlotte held various positions at EY from July 2014 to January 2023, specializing in real estate private equity fund audit and REIT audit, culminating in the title of Audit Manager and later Audit Senior Manager. Earlier career experiences include an Internal Audit Intern role at Loews Corporation in 2013, a Research Intern at The 451 Group focused on financial analysis for cloud computing companies, a Research Assistant Intern at Philip Saunders Associates Economics Firm, and an Administrative Assistant at Gateway Arts. Charlotte earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics with a minor in Mathematics from Boston College, attended Sun Yat-sen University, and has accumulated extensive expertise in auditing and financial analysis.
