Dharmesh Desai

Dharmesh Desai has extensive work experience in the field of Information Technology. Dharmesh currently holds the position of Director of Information Technology at Annaly Capital Management, where they have been working since January 2020. Prior to this role, they served as Vice President of Information Technology at the same company from September 2015 to December 2019.

Before joining Annaly Capital Management, Desai worked as a Senior Technical Lead and Vice President at Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking - SGCIB from August 2012 to September 2015. Dharmesh also worked as a Tech Lead (VP) at Morgan Stanley from July 2011 to July 2012 and as a Consultant at NorthPoint Solutions from November 2010 to July 2011.

Desai began their career at Credit Suisse, where they served as a Sr. Programmer/Analyst - AVP from July 2006 to October 2010. Prior to that, they worked as a Programmer Analyst at Citigroup from September 2004 to June 2006.

Dharmesh Desai completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Building Construction Technology from Birla Vishvakarma Mahavidyalaya between 1993 and 1997. Dharmesh then pursued their MBA in Marketing at Sardar Patel University from 1998 to 2000. Later, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Texas A&M University-Commerce in 2001 and 2002.
