Seana Gormley

Seana Gormley is Head of Human Capital Management at Annaly. Ms. Gormley has over 22 years of experience as a Human Resources executive with a broad portfolio of roles in financial services. Most recently, she served as a Managing Director and the head of HR for the Operations Division at Morgan Stanley where she led human resources for the global division supporting 6,000+ employees. During her 16 years at Morgan Stanley, she also served as a head Human Resources Business Partner for the following businesses: The global Institutional Equity Division, Technology Division, and the Wealth Management Western Division. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Ms. Gormley worked at Bank Of America and Citigroup. Ms. Gormley received a B.A. from Manhattan College in Economics and International Studies.
