Lestang's extensive background includes roles as Operational Director for BAO Cash & Carry at Groupe Casino, where the first cash and carry concept was launched in Africa. Prior to that, Lestang held various positions at Big C Vietnam, rising from Fresh Food Purchasing & Sourcing Director to Regional Operations Director and Marketing Director, overseeing multiple hypermarkets and significant revenue streams. Lestang began their career at Groupe Casino, where responsibilities included international negotiation and marketing management. Academic qualifications include an Engineer's degree in Agronomy Food Environment from ISARA Lyon.
