Debopam Mallick is currently a Management Associate in the Strategy Department at Annapurna Finance Pvt. Ltd. Since joining in June 2023, Debopam has led strategic initiatives focusing on business plan development, operational strategy execution, risk mitigation, human capital planning, process reengineering, and technology innovation. Prior to this role, Debopam gained experience as a Summer Intern at Britannia Industries Limited in June 2022, where they showcased proficiency in human capital management practices.
