Arghya Chatterjee

Arghya Chatterjee currently serves as Associate Manager II - HR & People Strategy at Navi, beginning in June 2025, focusing on HR business partnering. Prior to this role, Arghya held positions as Assistant Manager - HRBP and Management Trainee at Pine Labs from May 2023 to June 2025. Academic experience includes serving as Principal Secretary of Academic Affairs and Treasurer at XLRI Jamshedpur from March 2022 to March 2023, alongside a brief internship at EY and a summer internship at Reliance Industries Limited in 2022 and 2020, respectively. Industrial training was completed at Indian Steel & Wire Products Limited in 2018. Arghya Chatterjee earned a PGDM in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur (2021-2023) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Jadavpur University (2017-2021).
