Charlie Appleyard

Charlie is Director and Co-Founded Annapurna Recruitment in 2008. Prior to setting up Annapurna, Charlie occupied senior management roles at Huxley Associates, part of the SThree Group. Charlie now leads the training and development side of the business and was awarded ‘Recruitment Agency Leader of the Year’ at the 2019 Recruiter Awards.

Outside of day-to-day recruitment, Charlie sits on the board of his hometown football club, Morecambe FC and is an ambassador for charities, The Cure Parkinson’s Trust & Parkinson’s UK.
