James is a Director and Co-Founded Annapurna Recruitment in 2008. Prior to setting up Annapurna, James occupied senior management roles at Huxley Associates, part of the SThree Group. James continues to lead the search practice for Annapurna in the HR space, focusing on the Executive Search side.
James is heavily invested in Annapurna’s relationship-focused sister company, The Business Transformation Network and regularly chairs the VIP roundtables, ERUPT events and Excellence in Leadership conference.
Outside of recruitment, James is an avid follower of his hometown football club, Harrogate Town, which Annpurna is a proud sponsor of.
