Magnus Okuonghae

Magnus joined Annapurna in 2018 following a successful career as a professional footballer, playing for clubs such as Colchester United, Rushden & Diamonds, Aldershot Town & Luton Town to name a few. Magnus originally joined as a specialist HR & Transformation consultant but developed into one of the senior leaders with an aptitude for developing out organisations’ senior people functions with an in-depth knowledge of how transformation works within organisations and the role that a leader plays.

Magnus hosted The BTN’s 2020 conference (www.excellence-leadership.com) over the 2 days and has recently started his own thought leadership content journey.
