Eyal Tavor is currently serving as Customer Success for the Americas at Annata and is a member of the Customer Success Collective. Previously, Eyal held the position of Head of Customer Success at Xooa, where responsibilities included defining the customer journey from onboarding to renewal. Eyal's extensive experience in customer success also includes leadership roles at Avaya, managing high-touch accounts and improving team performance through refined processes, as well as holding customer success positions at CropX Technologies, iConnect POS, and Fundtech. Eyal's educational background includes a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering & Management from Shenkar.
