Stephen Berry

Stephen Berry, M.Div., MBA, PCC, is an experienced Engagement Coach at Stephen Berry Coaching since May 2018, focusing on empowering individuals to explore their values through powerful questioning. Since September 2008, Berry has served as an Instructional Specialist at Anne Arundel Community College, developing student retention strategies and providing consultation for goal setting and strategic planning. Additionally, Berry has taught various business courses as an Adjunct Faculty member, utilizing multiple teaching modalities. Prior to this, Berry held several roles at Capital Gazette Communications from November 1999 to January 2009, including Circulation Manager and Business Development Manager, where responsibilities included workforce training, customer service improvement, and new business initiatives. Berry holds an MBA from the University of Maryland Global Campus and two M.Div. degrees from Princeton Theological Seminary.
