Koven Roundtree

Koven Roundtree is the Chief of Human Resources at the Anne Arundel County Public Library. Prior to this position, Koven was a HR Specialist at the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) from June 2019 to January 2020. In this role, Koven was responsible for the review of FMLA policies and procedures for all county agencies. Before working at the DOE, Koven was a consultant for Baltimore County government from May 2018 to November 2018. In this role, Koven provided in-depth analysis and review of current “As Is” FMLA practices and policies of county government agencies including but not limited to general administration, comprehensive case management, and program compliance with federal law, County policy, and collective bargaining agreements.

Koven Roundtree has a high school diploma in general studies from Duval High School. Koven also has a certification from SHRM in SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).

They work with Brandi Delly - Circulation Services Manager, Maribel Ibrahim - Facilities & Capital Projects Manager, and Cathleen Sparrow - Executive Director. Their manager is Skip Auld, CEO.
