Amanda Bender

Amanda Bender, PA-C is a board certified Physician Assistant and licensed in the state of Maryland. After graduating from Gettysburg College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Health Sciences, she worked at a local dermatology office, where she discovered her passion for dermatology. Amanda then went on to earn her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia, where she completed an elective clinical rotation in dermatology.

She received extensive surgical training under Mohs surgeons, Dr. Allan Harrington and Dr. Mary Farley at the surgery center in Annapolis. Amanda is currently practicing general dermatology under the supervision of Dr. Sammy Kang and is looking forward to seeing patients of all ages in the Towson and Millersville locations.

Amanda is an active member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. She lives in Baltimore County and enjoys spending time with her husband and beagle.
