Mellissa Nordsven

Mellissa Nordsven, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Anne Carlsen Center since June 2025. Prior to this role, Nordsven was the Director of Operations at Missouri Slope Areawide United Way from November 2024 to May 2025, and held the position of Director of Human Resources at CHI St. Alexius Health and Missouri Slope from October 2022 to October 2024, and December 2017 to December 2022, respectively.
