Saurabh Mehta has over 16 years of experience in the energy and commodities industry. In 2021, they joined ANNEA as a Business Development Consultant, where they are responsible for bringing the next generation of condition-based predictive maintenance and underperformance detection for renewable energy assets to the Indian market. Prior to this, they served as Vice President - Business Development at Genesis Ray Energy, a Data & Analytics Products company serving the Clean Energy business. From 2014 to 2020, they worked at Argus Media as Business Development, Risk Management Products, where they managed the Product Development of Argus Open Markets platform for price discovery through physical spot trades. From 2012 to 2014, they were a Product Specialist at Platts, where they were responsible for the Product Development and Business Development for Commodity Risk Solutions in the Asia Pacific region. From 2010 to 2012, they served as a Senior Business Analyst at Standard Chartered Bank. From 2008 to 2010, they were a Sr. Business Analyst at Triple Point Technology. From 2005 to 2008, they were a Product Manager - Commodities - Oil and Gas at Multi Commodities Exchange of India Ltd. (MCX), where they were responsible for domain specialist for energy, commodity research, advising physical petroleum market participants in developing customized price risk management solutions, and training market participants on various trading techniques.

Saurabh Mehta completed their Executive Program in Applied Finance at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta in 2007. In 2003, they completed their MBA in Oil and Gas Management from the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies. Saurabh also completed a BA (Hons.)
