Jennifer Filart began their work experience in 1999 as a Program Liaison Supervisor at Crystal Stairs, Inc. Jennifer then joined HMSHost in 2005 as a Human Resources Manager, where they were responsible for various HR functions. In 2013, they became a Regional Human Resources Manager at ADT, a position they held until 2017. Jennifer then worked at ServiceMaster, starting as a Manager of Field Associate Relations in 2018 and later serving as a Director and Senior Director of Human Resources. From 2020 to 2022, Jennifer worked as the Director of Human Resources at Keck Medicine of USC, and they are currently a Human Resources Director at the Annenberg Foundation.
Jennifer Filart earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Centro Escolar University from 1994 to 1998. Prior to that, they attended St. Paul College Quezon City for their high school education between 1990 and 1994. In addition to their formal education, Jennifer has obtained several certifications including being a Certified DiSC Facilitator from Everything DiSC: A Wiley Brand in May 2017, MBTI certification from The Myers & Briggs Foundation in August 2016, and PHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in June 2014.

Annenberg Foundation
The Annenberg Foundation is a private family foundation that provides funding and support to nonprofit organizations in the United States and globally. Since 1989, it has generously funded programs in education and youth development; arts, culture and humanities; civic and community life; health and human services; and animal services and the environment. In addition, the Foundation and its Board of Directors are directly involved in the community with several projects that expand and complement its grant support to nonprofits. Among them are innovative nonprofit capacity building initiatives, the Annenberg Space for Photography, Explore, and the Metabolic Studio. The Annenberg Foundation exists to advance the public well-being through improved communication.
