Hayley Friedman

Hayley Friedman is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in change management and organizational design, currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Informa since July 2010. With a strong background in HR M&A, Hayley leads initiatives aimed at transforming and simplifying Informa's operating model to foster sustainable growth. Previous roles within Informa include Human Resources Director for Global M&A and US Human Resources Manager, contributing to the company's position as a key player in the Knowledge and Information Economy. Prior to Informa, Hayley held HR management positions at Grandparents.com and was part of the HR team at Momentum Worldwide and the American Civil Liberties Union. Hayley holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.
