Michael Overdorf

Michael Overdorf serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Business Officer at Annexon Biosciences, overseeing the development and execution of business development, corporate, and commercial strategies while engaging with investors and strategic partners. Prior to this role, Michael spent nearly two decades at Eli Lilly and Company, where responsibilities included Vice President of Corporate Business Development, leading a team in deal-making transactions and developing an external innovation strategy, as well as Vice President of Corporate Strategy & Business Transformation, where strategic leadership facilitated significant growth and the IPO of Elanco Animal Health. Michael's extensive experience spans various leadership roles, notably in product development, operations management, and marketing, with a proven track record of achieving ambitious sales and profit targets. Michael holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Wabash College.
