Brad Frazier

Brad Frazier is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the healthcare and life sciences sectors. As Co-Founder of Annexus Health since July 2017, Frazier previously founded Anello Health, which merged with Annexus Health in July 2017. Prior to that, Frazier served as Vice President of Life Sciences at Flatiron Health and held leadership roles at Altos Solutions, including Vice President of Business Development. Frazier’s career began at Johnson and Johnson, where multiple positions were held over more than a decade, ranging from National Business Manager to Regional Business Analyst. Additionally, Frazier started at Eli Lilly and Company as a Global Marketing and Sales Business Analyst. Frazier holds an M.B.A. from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
