Esther Chinonye Wisdom is a dedicated professional with a strong background in healthcare and customer service. Currently serving as a Support Worker/Healthcare Assistant at Annicare Ltd since May 2022, Esther provides person-centered care for individuals with autism, eating disorders, and learning disabilities, focusing on promoting independence. Previously, as a Manager for Customer Liaison and Retention at Global EduTech Services from May 2023 to December 2023, Esther led customer engagement activities and implemented retention strategies while supervising the sales team. Esther also gained experience as a Utilities Customer Service Representative at Enugu Electricity Distribution Plc. between February 2017 and April 2022, supporting vulnerable customers and managing record updates. Esther holds a Diploma in Health Studies from Asean Online Education and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Enugu State University of Science and Technology.
