Allison Holmes

Allison Holmes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research and evaluation, currently serving as a Senior Research Associate at the Annie E. Casey Foundation since January 2019. In addition to this role, Allison has been an Independent Consultant since January 2006, providing expertise in two-generation programs, family social services, parenting, child well-being, and research methodology for various organizations, including the Annie E. Casey Foundation and the University of Maryland. Previous positions include Research Associate at Optimal Solutions Group, Research Psychologist at The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine, Faculty Associate at Johns Hopkins University, and Social Science Research Analyst at ACF/OPRE. Allison holds a PhD in Human Development from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Notre Dame.
