James Crowder

James Crowder is a seasoned professional in local policy advocacy and reform, currently serving as a Senior Associate at the Annie E. Casey Foundation since September 2021. In addition to this role, James has been an Adjunct Professor at Temple University since January 2019. James brings extensive experience from previous positions, including Senior Associate at PolicyLink, Program Officer at the Local Initiatives Support Corporation, and various leadership roles within the City of New York's Department of Housing Preservation and Development. Education includes a Master of Public Policy in Community Development from Rutgers University, a Master of Arts in African-American Studies from Columbia University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from Rutgers University.
