Meha Desai

Meha Desai has a strong background in child welfare consulting, with extensive experience in overseeing programs and managing personnel. Currently, at the Annie E. Casey Foundation, Meha serves as a Senior Associate in the Family WellBeing Strategy Group. Prior to this role, Meha worked as a Child Welfare Consultant for the National Child Welfare Consultant and as the Division Director of Children Services at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Washington DC. Meha has displayed leadership in managing budgets, supervising program managers, and providing fiscal management oversight for various funding streams. Additionally, Meha has provided professional advice to state cabinet secretaries and senior executives on management and organizational strategy.
