Carin Cain

Carin Cain is a seasoned illustrator with extensive experience in both medical and scientific illustration. Since 2011, Carin has served as a contract illustrator for the American Physical Society and the American Institute of Physics. Additionally, Carin has held the position of Illustration Editor at Annual Reviews since March 2011 and operates as the Owner and Medical Illustrator at The Art of Science since August 2005. Previous roles include Medical Illustrator at Cogent Legal Graphics and Krames Patient Education Solutions, as well as Scientific Illustrator for Science Magazine/AAAS. Carin's educational background includes a Master of Science in Biomedical Communications from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Fine Art from the University of Maryland.
