Niclas Sandberg

Niclas Sandberg started their work experience as a Student at iGEM Uppsala in 2013. From June 2015 to December 2016, they worked as a Laboratory Engineer at Karolinska Institutet, where they were responsible for various tasks including lab management and conducting cell culture experiments. Niclas then worked as a Laboratory Engineer and Consultant at Octapharma AB from March 2017 to February 2019, focusing on quality assurance of analysis methods and process improvement. From March 2019 to January 2023, Niclas worked as a Raw Material Specialist and Senior Laboratory Engineer at Valneva, where they were responsible for handling raw materials, implementing LIMS, and managing projects. Currently, since January 2023, they hold the position of QC Manager at Anocca.

Niclas Sandberg attended Uppsala University from 2009 to 2015, where they pursued a field of study in Civil Engineering - Molecular Biotechnology.
